Duty-free allowances vary by your destination country. While Lotte Duty Free does not limit your purchase amount, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure their total purchase complies with the import regulations and tax-free limits of their arrival country.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be canceled or modified through the 'My Page' section of our website up until the 'Preparing for Delivery' stage. Once the items have been dispatched to the airport pickup desk, changes may no longer be possible.
